tetapi, ada yang baru loh...
pada versi yaang baru ini, terdapat plug in xamarin (android dev tool) yang berbasis C#. dan yang paling seru adalah free of charge alias gratis...

• 5400 RPM hard drive
• DirectX 9-capable video card running at 1024 x 768 or higher display resolution
Additional Requirements
• For Windows Store and Windows Universal app development
• Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 and development require Windows 8.1 Update or later.
• Windows Phone 8.0 development require Windows 8.1 Update (x64) or later.
• For emulator support (Windows or Android), Windows 8.1 (x64) Professional edition or higher or Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise (x64) editions are required. In addition, you need a processor that supports Client Hyper-V and Second Level Address Translation (SLAT).

Choose one of these installation options:
• Install over the Internet:
• On this page, choose the Download button.
• Select the .exe option and then choose the Next button.
• To install now, choose the Run button.
• To download an installer that you can run later, choose the Save button. (When you install, the computer must be connected to the Internet.)
• To create a local copy to install offline, choose the Save button, open a command prompt at that location and run the .exe with the /layout switch
• To download an image to burn on a DVD:
• On this page, choose the Download button.
• Select the .iso option and then choose the Next button.
• Choose the Save button to download a DVD5 ISO image so that you can burn a DVD later.
• Note: To enable the acquisition of the latest versions of new platform features, and to allow more customization of your Visual Studio install to minimize install time and size, the Visual Studio setup experience includes features not included in the .ISO file. Use the instructions above for the /layout switch to create a complete offline installation package.
• After downloading the ISO file, you should use the File Checksum Integrity Verifiertool to calculate and verify that the SHA-1 value for this file matches the value listed on the Visual Studio 2015 ISO Files SHA-1 Values page.
